First Time using the app and got terrible service

Scoot is the worst delivery service app. It was my first time using it and I will never use it again. Items of my meal was missing, I waited over an hour someone to respond to me on the bot only to get told they can't compensate me as I did not notify the driver when he delivered my food that there was items missing. Well if you in a hurry to go into a meeting and trust the app to do a proper delivery of what you ordered... duh I wouldn't ask the driver. I wouldn't recommend you guys to anybody.
