EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

I am extremely disgusted with the service I received today. I ordered the DOUBLEUP promo , my order said Processed for 3 hours. After that I received a message saying my order is delivered but I got nothing!

How do you still have a company with the service you deliver? I'm extremely disappointed to say the least!!
