Dont Use scoot.co.za!
I am very disappointed with my order. Not only was the order more than 20 minutes later than the ETA I was given, but my order also was wrong. and when I asked the driver about this, he showed me that he could not even see the details of my order, only the two meals that I had ordered. To make things worse, I am getting no response from your support chat! I DEMAND a refund or some form of compensation, as I paid more than what the meal is worth, seeing as though it was wrong!

15 Dec 2020, 09:23After waiting way too long and multiple attempts I finally got through to someone who was actually helpful on their chat service. I was refunded for the items that I did not receive. Though my opinion stays the same. I will not use this service again!
