Don't use scoot they don't even deserve the 1 star

Their service is appalling. We placed an order at 18:23 and the app confirmed delivery at 19:08. We waited outside until 20:00 with no call from them or message or anything. We contacted them on the App, website and even Facebook.

When we finally did get a reply it was that the order had just been placed. And this was about 15 minutes after the time the delivery was scheduled for.

They were very quick to take my money and then say it would take several days to get a refund. It is now 20:25 and we still do not have out food and they say they will call us when a driver becomes available.
