Dont use Scoot! No contacts to get hold of them and live chat unresponsive

Money was taken from my account, but order was never processed! The live chat is unresponsive waiting for 30mins and still no response. No contact number to get hold of them! Dont order with Scoot, they take your money and you dont get your order!
