DO NOT USE SCOOT DELIVERY SERVICE - RIDICULOUS SERVICE

Most Pathetic Service Ever! I placed an order via the scoot online service. When my order arrived, NOT a single item was correct. I placed an order for 5 people and only two meals arrived. The driver told me to contact scoot and they will refund my order.

I completed the survey after the delivery on the 24-06-2021 and to date have heard nothing (28-06-2021).

I then made contact with the chat facility and was asked for a picture of the order i received, a full 4 days later.

With no proof I cannot be refunded or re-ordered no barely received an apology.
