Damaged Order {Spilled drink}

I ID: 195166 .... When the driver arrived with my order he had spilled my drink all over the order. I rejected the order and contacted scoot to redeliver my order and when the driver was contacted he said I accepted the order... why would i accept damaged goods??? still waiting for my order. I spoke to a nice lady, her name is Chandre, who said my order will be redelivered. .. still waiting.!!
