CANCELLED ORDER & NO REFUND MADE

I placed an order on SCOOT on Monday (25 January 2021) at McDonald's Braamfontein and the order was cancelled, reason being "NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE". I got a text message and an email notifying me of the cancellation and that an agent would be in contact with me. I never got a refund. I have been waiting since.
