Appalling service from Scoot.co.za

Took 2 hours for my food to arrive, and that was after I used the customer care chat. When the food arrived it was cold, half my coke was spilt out all over my burger and chips making them soggy and inedible. DO NOT USE SCOOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
