An hour and a half delivery delay showing up with cold food.

I ordered my food from McDonald's via Scoot. It stated that delivery would take place 35-40 minutes later. I waited until an hour had passed and contacted them. Only then my order seemed to be placed and only received *cold* food half an hour or so later.
