Friendly and helpful
The staff at the Durban branch were helpful and efficient in helping me with the goods I wanted. The only thing I can suggest is putting a sign up saying that the office is around the corner as it may be hard to see with all the trucks that are there for the Natal Steel. I will definitely be buying from them again.
