Injured dog

<p>Scoobi dogz dog parlour on Randles Rd next to Vetcare Animal Clinic is the worst place to send your beloved pet. Yesterday I sent my little girl Jack Russell for a full shave because she was shedding abit too much. She was picked up my fiancé. When I looked at her she looked the same, as before I sent her in. After a close examination I noticed that they did attempt to shave her and in doing so had badly grazed her little neck. Today I brought her back and told them she had been injured, a rude arrogant indian male simply said that it would heal in a few days and that he couldn't do anything about it, he then ignored us and refused to speak with me. The lady behind the desk then called the owner who accused my fiancé of hurting my little girl by putting on a collar. She then told my fiancé to "go and come back with a case number". We will definitely be taking up this matter. People please make sure you send your pets to professional people and not these gold diggers who injure our pets. We send our pets to palours to be pampered not to be mistreated. While waiting there we had to sadly witness a beautiful great dane being put down and then with no regard being dragged inside. So heartbreaking to watch as they were just flinging in dead dogs into the back of a van. There is a vet next door I don't understand why these dead animals were in the palour. Taking my little girl back there left her trembling with fear that we were going to leave her there again. I am so upset she is the queen of the house and it hurts me to think of how they had treated her! Please share. Spread the word so no more pets have to go through what my girl did</p>
