Worst Service!!!
<p>I am an 89 year old lady and 10 years ago a broker from the South African Gold Coin Exchange sold my husband sets of coins ensuring him that after 5 years they would be worth a lot and told him what a fantastic purchase they are.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried calling and emailing the broker over and over with the same response being that they are not buying those coins back now. I have since emailed the CEO, Alan Demby, who has not had the decency to get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are very quick to sell you something and take your money but as soon as you need to sell then all of a sudden no one will get back to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Am I the only one that is having these issues?</p>

Thank you for getting back to me. I do not understand what needs to be investigated? No one will get back to me about buying my coins back. The broker was very quick to sell an olderly man all of these coins but then has no time for us when we need to sell them back. I am in need of the finances and at my age do not see how I must be told to hold onto them.
I would like someone who actually has some say at the company to call me and discuss what can be done with regards to my coins.
