Withholding my Coin after having Paid for It!

Purchased a 1/2oz Capture site medallion from Scoin Shop in La Lucia on the 13th November 2012. They had offered to keep my coin free of charge and gave me a "Safe Custody letter". The only condition when withdrawing my coins, as per the letter was that I provide positive identification and may have to wait 48hrs.

When I visited the Pavillion to collection my coin the Admin Manager and Sales Consultant advised me I had to pay R600. I was trying to explain that I was not informed of this and they just advised me that I should speak to customer service. Even when I asked about their Manager they said she cannot help because she is new?? What an insult to your own manager? Nevertheless my concern is that Scoin is in breach of their contract with me to with hold my coin free of charge and I would like my coin back. It is irrelevant to me if they have changed they have changed their rules because I have not agreed to any changes in keeping my coin. If they are not prepared to return my coin free of charge as previously agreed I would like their Ombudsman's details to refer the matter further and the person who makes the decision with continue *******ly with holding my coin.
