Waited 5 months for my coins just ro realise the price dropped in half

<p>On 13 March 2017 I bought the Kruger 1 Oz 2017 Silver Sleeve of 25 cash for R24 975.00 and was told I will receive my order at the latest end of April.</p> <p>As the time pass I was waiting for a pick up time near the end of April but I have received no response regarding delivery. I have sent them an email on the 1st of May to enquire on the process. They sent me an email back with an attached explaining the reason of the dealy which was caused by quality issues. I then explained to them I will be off grid for 5 weeks and would like to have the coins before then. They rep**** and said the latest news regarding expected delivery will be middle of June and that I must let them know a week before I leave Cape town then they will see what the can do. On the 15th of June I gave them a surprise visit because they have not contacted me once in between. When I asked them regarding my coins they told me they still need to file a collection notice which is once again terrible and the worst service I've seen. So I was polite enough to to carry on with the deal and told them I'm leaving that weekend and will only be back end of July but they must inform me when the receive the coins. After my 5 week trip I've realised I have not yet received any emails or notification regarding the coins so I had to email them again on the 1st of August. Finally I collected the coins on the 5 th of August just to realise that the price had dropped in Half. From +- R25 000 to +- R13 000. I'm not going to mention all the excuses they had on that but the worst of all is that I have not once heard an apology or gave me the opportunity to go for the new deal. If I had waited 5 months I could of bought two 25x 1 Oz silver sleeves for aomost the same price. I will never again make a deal with that branch or with a scoin shop if I can not get the coin the same deal. To think I was planning to make much bigger investments with you but you could not even make a fair delivery on a small deal.</p>
