Utterly disappointed

First you messed us around trying to get our coins from you. Finally we received the documents and a R4000 bill!! We then get told yesterday afternoon to be available to receive and sign for our coins as it will be taken back if we don't. I specifically asked for it to be by 12h00. I called from 11h00 to try and trace it. Izzy said I will call you back I'm still waiting!!! We had to cancel my son's lady rugby match as we HAD TO WAIT for delivery. A memory none of us will ever get back and an 11 year olds heart broken. O but wait THEY DROPPED IT AT THE GATE AND LEFT!!!!!!!! NO CALL!!!! BUT THEY WILL CALL 30MIN PRIOR!!!!!
