The scoin shop - Canal walk

Had the worst experience at the scoin shop canal walk - I sold a coin almost a month ago and still didn't receive my payment. As per contract, I was bounded to wait 14 working days excluding weekends and public holidays to receive payment. Even so, I haven't received a payment or any communication regarding the delay. I had my assistant call in however, she was told that the matter has been escalated - that's has been the last communication received from them after having to chase them down. I don't see myself recommending this service to anyone.
