Terrible customer service

I purchased a Krugerrand 2 months ago, hoping that it I could collect it in time for my wife's birthday 3 weeks later. Alas it's now two months later and I have not even heard back from them. I have phoned 3 times to follow up and they promise to find out and then get back to me, but they never do. Really consistently awful customer service. They don't seem to understand that when spending so much money, a little communication goes a long way.
