Sold me coins with false promses

I bought coins form this store two years ago, and was assured by the sales person that I could sell them back to SA Gold Coin Exchange at ANY time should I need the money. I now need the money and not even top management can help me. Now all of the sudden they have buy back policies and a whole bunch of other ****.<br> <br> I was fooled by a sales pitch, and now that I need the monitory value of the coins I've invested in, I cant do anything with them.<br> <br> The sales person was not honest, he never explained to us that there might be a buyback waiting period of up to 7 years.<br> <br> They will tell you any story to sell the coins to you, but when you want to sell them back everyone slams doors in your face.<br> <br> Pathetic!
