Pathetic service.

Was told the sale of my coin would be finalised within 7-10 working days. After 10 days with no response I called in an d was told it would be escalated. After another 2 days of not hearing anything, I called in again only to be told it will be escalated. After another day I called in and once again I was told it will be escalated.

At this point I was quite irate and called into the Head Office. The customer service person didnt want to take my call and I was put on hold. I was told I will receive a call back which never happened.

Absolutely pathetic. Sell your coins at Bullion Traders instead.
