SCoin not keeping their word - no payment received yet.

I traded in a Kruger Rand at the Cresta store on 16 May 2018. I was told the payment would take 5-10 days (working/business/calendar?). It's now been two weeks and nothing yet.

Thulani at the store says the payment has been authorized by management but that they had a lot of buy backs recently. What a lame excuse.
