S-Coin - poor customer service - Sandton Branch

Extremely poor customer service. They have my coins stored with them for more than 13 years. I am trying to get a valuation of the coins since the last 3 months now with zero success. No answer to emails or phone calls. From other reviews here, it seems that selling the coins is just as difficult and will take more than 6 months.
