REFUSAL TO BUY BACK COIN/MEDALLION

I really wish that I read the comments on this website regarding the SA Gold Coin Shop. If I did I would have never purchased a coin from them in 2011.<br> In 2011 I was told that I should buy a 2011 Mint of Norway rare medallion as it has great growth potential and would increase in value over the next 3 - 5 years. The sales lady assured me that I would be able to see the coin back to the shop with ease and that I would make a profit. Now 5 years later I have had to ask the shop on numerous occasions to buy back my coin, only to be told that \currently there is no demand for the coin and they will not be buying back the coin at this stage\". Eventually after pushing back a bit and putting up a fight the admin manager at the shop got back to me and offered me 7000 for the coin. I purchased it for 7500 in 2011. With inflation, how is this a good investment? Great business model: Convince people to buy coins that you do not intend on EVER buying back!"
