Poor Disgusting Service

Hi I bought 3 Gold Mandela Sets:The Fence,The Lillys leaf and the 20th Anniversary Mandela De Klerk Meddallions. What surprises me is the fact that the fence was bought at R26500,the Lillisleaf was bought at R26500 as well and the 20th Anniversary was bought at R36000..the 1st two has grown close to 40k..and the 20th anniversary has grown to 43k,but when I tryed to sell it back to scoin they refused to take it back( scoin clearwater) the salesman Jan who no longer works there assured me they will buy it back..and even the contract that I signed says 4 to 7 yrs I had the 1st two coins for 3 years and the 20th anniversary for 3.7 years.almost four years..i have enquired on numerous occasions to sell them back and the Clearwater store has never gotton back to me?? It's beens months now? What is going on? Had I had known this would be the case, I wouldn't of bought my coins.i would of invested it in shares? Please sell my coins as I need the cash and I am unemployed..preferbally the 20th Anniversary as it's growth isn't as good as I thought it would be.No assistance or after sales for customers and only quick to make a sale..Btw..the coins I have, well I have been told are really good coins yet they won't but them back?? How can they be good?

Dear Sashlin,

Although the Seller attempts to act as a market maker in respect of coins and medallions which it sells, the ability of the Seller to sell coins and medallions will be determined by the specific market conditions prevailing at the time of the proposed trade exchange. This also includes, but not limited to, supply and demand, gold price, exchange rate.

Coins and medallions are a long-term preserve venture, rare coins require a long period to yield the best results.

Kind regards
