Overpriced Mandela coins R40,000 per ounce

I have paid R15,000 deposit on a 175g Mandela Gold bar. Before 7 days i cancelled the order as i did my calculations and found that the cost was about R 40,000 per ounce. This was overpriced and i was referred to the customer services branch. Emails was exchanged and was told by Sandra that the refund will be done last week. Since then no refund and i was told that Sandra is in hospital and the refund cannot be done. After conteneus calls i was told that no managers are available daily or they are in meetings and cannot call me by the reciptionest. i received an email on thursday from the customer services that they will discuss the refund at a meeting on tuseday. In the meanwhile i pay interest to pay on my credit card and used about R300 airtime. All please be aware of the SCOIN SHOP countrywide.
