Overpriced and don't buy back coins

Scoin shop promised that they will buy back coins after about 3 years. It has been 4 years since I bought my Mandela Strelitzia 1/4oz, and Scoin says it has no idea when they will pirchase these coins. They are not willing to help at all!!!

When I bought the coin safe custody was free. Then last year they changed this so that I have to pay for safe custody (the growth on the coin is less than the safe custody fee!). Now I have to kewp the coin at my house which is a safety risk!! And all Scoin says: "Sorry, there is nothing we cab do". Scoin is not treating customers fairly!
