Only interested to sell, no after-sale service!!!

I emailed Scoin at The Grove, Namibia, about 10 days ago inquiring about coins I'd like to sell; and no reply... I email them today about coins I'd like to buy and receive a call within 5 minutes.<br> <br> Think it's fair that your customers know how useless your team is at after-sale service! <br> <br> The Grove in particular is as good as nothing as I get more correspondence from the South African stores.<br> <br>
