Non payment

Trying to sell my Krugerrands to SA Gold Coin Exchange. Scoinshop I have a receipt dated 31/1/2018. Still waiting more than 2 weeks later for payment. This is not an exchange. I don't know what one can call it. No satisfactory answers. Waiting on management is what they tell me but won't put me through to management. No response by email.
