No Delivery

<p>Wishing to buy silver Kruger Rands, as advertised, I was told by the sales person (on 29 July 2017) that I had to buy a sleeve of 25 in order to qualify for the introductory price. After some consideration, I acquiesced. On paying, I was told they would only be available at a later time. I was promised close of business on Tuesday 01 August 2017 at the latest. On arrival on the afternoon of 01 August 2017, despite having the paperwork, the previously courteous staff did not recognise me and were off-hand to the point of rudeness. They could then not commit to a delivery date and promised to call when they can finally deliver. This is beyond unacceptable.</p>
