No After Sale Service

<p>Since 12/06/17 I've been requesting to withdraw my coins from safe custody cause now suddenly they want to charge you for their "free safe custody". Every day to second day I've been sending a follow up email, eventually when they do reply they request the same documents. </p> <p> </p> <p>To date still waiting for feedback. This company is honestly such a joke it has been the worst investment of my life. </p>
