Never Again

I decided to purchase 2 Mandela Coins for almost 100k in February 2015 having believed the sales material I read instore at SCoin Polokwaneas well as the emails that are sent out regularly once one is added to the mailing list, this was my first mistake.<br> <br> I was promised that the coins would arrive in 2weeks to a month. Subsequent to that, I purchased a 3rd coin in Early July, without having even received or even seen the first 2, this was my 2nd mistake.<br> <br> I had mistakenly believed that since SCoin is a well known franchise, that although my coins were not yet here, it was probably due to some delay in customs etc, & that a big company like SCoin would never take clients for a ride. I was wrong.<br> <br> It has now been 8 months, & I have made 3 personal enquiries at the store, but still have no clarity on the status of my coins. Ever since the sale was done I received a single phone call in early March to inform me that the coins have not arrived-yet when a new coin is launched, I get email upon emails as well as calls. <br> If I had I read Hellopeter entries of other customers before my purchases, I probably wouldnt even need to complain - as I would have invested my money elsewhere.
