Hidden Fee's that devalue your investment in coin

Poor service had to visit the shop 3 times before someone could get back to me on valuation. I purchased a coin 13 years ago, and it's worth less than what I paid for it 13 years ago. I was told that it would be free storage and now when I want to take my coin out, Im been charged R1250 per year from 2021 to present with no communication of this fee. So my coin is worth even less for keeping it in their custody.
