Gold Coin Exchange/Scoin Shop

The Scoin Shop/Gold Coin Exchange are extremely slow to pay for coins sold to them. They say 10 working days are required before payment is made, which is a long time. However the reality is that after 15 working days I have not received payment. The excuse is a 'high volume of payments' to be processed. This delay in payment is 'normal' it happened to me earlier this year, and to a friend in Durban. The Scoin shop in Eastgate provides excellent service. The problem is getting payment in a timely manner.
