Do not buy these coins for re-selling later

When they are selling you their coins, they are very friendly and don’t explain their full conditions, but when it comes to claiming or selling the coins investment, it is Worse than a nightmare, my mom bought one of these coins as an investment in 2011. When claiming, documentations are returned saying there is something short, their rude manager (Rivonia branch) and, you are requested for a 40 months bank statement, which you get at a fee per month at the bank as the coins were bought 8 years back; when you ask why would they require a bank statement if they do have records that payments were being made on each and every month of the payment period, nothing satisfactory is said.

It is as if they want you to give up on claiming the investment due to their ridiculous claim processes.

Should you have missed a payment during the payment period they would have surely bombarded you with phone-calls on why payment wasn’t received, now that payment is fully made they pretend they can not find from their records that a coin is fully paid.
