Disgusting customer service

I have 2 gold coins in safe keeping and I now want to sell them. I have called numerous times and emailed everyone in the company list and have had no response. I was promised that a broker would call me back since my original one has left the company. I am still waiting. It seems this company only knows how to take money but when you need your money back the entire company is nonresponsive. Can one competent person get back to on this matter before I lose my mind.
