Can not get my medallions from Safe Gold in reasonable amount of time

I've accepted that I have lost more than half of my investment (buying gold medallions 7 years ago and can now only get gold price). I am now battling to get my medallions out of Safe Gold storage, Five days ago I paid R950 courier fees and have still not receive my medallions, I try and phone SAGCE head office in Sandton the staff are very sweet but can't seem to do anything to sort the situation out.

DO NOT DEAL WITH SCOIN OR SAGCE!!!!!!!
