Bad service

We bought our first gold coin in December 2014.<br> <br> Very excited about our investment we were told that we will shortly receive a proof of safe custody document as we did not take the coins due to security reasons.<br> <br> It's almost 6 months later and still no document after numerous phone calls, emails and even a visit to the shop
