All the glitters is not GOLD.........!

Scoin Shop refuses to provide me with a current valuation of my coins being held by them in safe custody. This despite my SafeGold contract which clearly indicates under item 9. Scoin will insure all coins at it s own cost - The Insurance Confirmation letter is available on request. Why the resistance? Are Scoin Coins no longer of any value? Why have they devalued rather than appreciated? Is Scoin Shop simply another commercial venture and not a true investment for clients? Were my coins ever worth what I was led to believe they were worth when I purchased them? So many questions............................SafeGold's hesitance is concerning! What are they hiding? Too many shops in too many malls - nervous of the backlash when customers realise that they have not made a sound investment?
