14 Days and still waiting for my money

<p>On the 5 May 2016 I sold 2 Kruger 1/4 OZ at the the Scoin Shop Menlyn. The terms on the agreement say that the payment for the coins sold can take up to 7 working days before reflecting in the seller's bank account. I phoned the head office of The Scoin Shop, they put me thrue to the Menlyn shop. The lady said that she did not send a document to head office that is the reason for me not yet receiving my funds. This is not acceptable. Today is the 19 May 2016 13H40 and I still did not receive my funds. In the mean time the gold price went up and I could have earn more... </p>
