Scizzor Boyz and Groupon **** (Stay away! )

<p>Scizzor Boyz & Groupon ran a special where one could buy a voucher and receive a haircut and massage @ Scissor Boyz. Terms of purchase stated clearly that as a Groupon user, you can only buy one voucher and an aadditional one as a gift. All good so far. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I bought a voucher and my wife bought a voucher, and an additional voucher as a gift to me. I was able to redeem my 1st voucher, but upon going back a few weeks later and presenting my second voucher, i was refused service, saying that the service relates to a single person, regardless of who bought what voucher. This makes NO sense at all. So people are allowed to buy a voucher, but no redeem it, if one has happened to have a haircut before?? </p> <p> </p> <p><br />The terms of purchase said how one can purchase, but the terms did NOT exclude a person from redeeming a voucher that was bought and paid for by another and given to me to use. </p> <p>This is a breach of service promise and falsely advertising just to trap people into buying vouchers they are unable to redeem.</p> <p>I have tried to remedy the situation with Scissor Boyz, who have shown no interest whatsoever to resolve and maintain their advertising promise, and that they are within their right to breach the terms of the voucher, and Groupon is aware of it. Like it or leave it....</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely this cannnot be allowed? Maybe there is a different recourse i can take. I would welcome any suggestions.</p>
