Sciprofs - Bad Attitude and unhelpful

We bought a piece of Laboratory equipment from these people. we paid up front and waited a long period for the item to arrive. when it arrived it was damaged and unusable. after numerous interactions with these people. This is the answer we received back from a certain Mr Erick Ndlangamandla. When we wrote back to say we needed time frames his response was to tell us who are we to set timeframes. Here is his response

Please note that we don’t just replace equipment’s but there are internal procedures that’s needs to be followed as a company.

For instance, we have reported the matter to our manufacture. We need to know exactly what’s the cause of this incidence to avoid possible future recurrences.

As soon as we receive feedback from the manufacture we are going to get back to you. Please don’t put us under unnecessary pressure as we doing something about this okey.
