Terrible service
Terrible service. Poor administration, owner and director is unprofessional and his commutation style is rude, arrogant and his staff members have adopted the same principle from him. Contracts are future dated, the director/owner runs this consultancy based on his emotions and doesn’t care about the people on the other end. Highly would not recommend this company or the anything that has the director attached to it when it comes to property or business. When I asked for proof of my deposit statement and interests. Henru basically refused in writing on email.

Terrible service

Rude and attitude agent
They are also known as Henru du preez properties...The agent name Marien Du Preez is Very Very rude and she have attitude towards their tenant... Look at hello Peter and see their comment many tenants has complaining about their poor service... I report to her about the geyser fault I asked her to pls let the technician to inform me when they coming for the repair... she then said she don't know their schedule... I must Concentrate? Why do I pay agent fee if she don't do her work properly... and she continues with her silly attitude toward me....she insulted me that I need basic education like I'm a fool...what kind of agent is this? Useless and rude... Honest advice never rent any of their property or you will get bad service...
