DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SCIENCE CLINIC!

On the 10th January I inquired about the advertised Science Clinic package. Science Clinic promptly sent out an invoice and reminders to take up their offer. I received a Whatsapp message from James Hayes motivating why I should pay for the full package. I paid the R4662.50. I received an emailed confirming our purchase on the 15th Jan. After that Science Clinic has not uploaded any content. Upon requesting it to be done, we were assured it will all be available on the 31st January. We have since sent numerous emails, sent Whatsapp messages to James and submitted requests on their Instagram page. Their Facebook page has many other parents with the exact same problem. Paid and never received anything. I have used many different emails from their booking email address, to the ops email and also James. I am now in the process of lodging a complaint with the consumer protection. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SCIENCE CLINIC!
