Bad Customer Service

I purchased a product from Sciconsports on 11 November 2024 and it arrived quickly. But when I logged a return ticket for the product, I was ignored and only received communication 2 months later on the 15 January 2025, saying that the item cannot be returned as per their Returns policy. I read through there Returns policy and nowhere on their website does it say they will not allow items to be returned. So, please be very sure that when you purchase an item from this company that they will actually allow you to return it.
