Three months and still no delivery? Possible *****?

I ordered a speed jump rope for the company in October 2024. First, they did not have stock two weeks after I called them. Then, they tried to give me a different product I did not order. Follow-up calls had the same tone. They eventually said that they would probably not manufacture stock before December 2024. I called before the end of 2024, no answer. I called multiple times in January 2025; either the phone was off or I got pushed to voice mail. One of the numbers I have does not exist anymore. I have been advised to report them for *****.
