Bad services

This is bad service here at Schweizer Reneke hospital I am only collect file to go and get the medicine for people who have a six month medicine descripition at the chemist i stand in the row for more than a hour i must go throw the office where they take your bloodpresure and to register you I am not the pasient i am only collect the files to get the medicine and i must wait for that room before they can get the file Please do something else not this new rules Before i go to the window get the files go to chemist now i must wait so long for the files Please thisbis bad service
