Worst restaurant experience

THE GOOD: The waiter was friendly. <br> <br> THE BAD: <br> 1. The cappuccino took 15 minutes to make in an empty restaurant. <br> 2. The cappuccino tasted like milk in warm water. <br> 3. Ordered a Regina pizza, and it arrived ice cold. <br> 4. Pizza had a half a centimeter thick tomato paste on, rendering the pizza inedible. <br> 5. No mozzarella? <br> 6. Pizza base looks and tastes store bought and defrosted. <br> 7. Food took exceptionally long to arrive<br> 8. Swapped pizza for burger, and yesterdays old buns were used for the burger (Did not want to send it back AGAIN) <br> 9. Incorrect bill<br> <br> I know people and restaurants make mistakes, but this one could hardly do anything right
