NO RESPONSE

I requested a quote via email for a cake to be baked. After sending the email I phone Schweet Cake Wonderland to confirm whether they have received my email. The male that answered the telephone said that they would phone me back if they did not received my email. I never received a call. Later the afternoon I sent the exact same email again and phoned Schweet Cake Wonderland again, the male that helped me that morning answered the telephone again and informed me that the lady that works with the quotes is busy on the other line and will phone me back within 5 minutes. I never received a call back and that is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
