Very bad service

Very bad service, the people working there don't know what they are doing, causing a huge delay and frustration to the client, they really need to improve their service on the late estate accounts, I don't know why banks make use of them. One will think when there is a WILL in place things will be easier, but not when dealing with Schumann's. I am going to make the banks aware the poor service yet they still working with this Attorneys.
