Unpaid claim

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with SCHUMANN VAN DEN HEEVER & SLABBERT ING/INC Attorneys regarding my Road Accident claim submitted in September 2016. Despite multiple follow-ups over the years, I haven't received any payout or clear communication regarding the status of my claim.

It has been over eight years since the claim was lodged, and I find this delay unacceptable. This situation has caused me considerable stress and financial strain. I phoned Raf only to find that my claim has been settled, this means that these attorneys are keeping my money from me.they keep taking me from pillar to post with no straight answers about my money.I hope to get a resolution as soon as possible.
